We extend our sincere thanks to all of the cooks who came out on Saturday, February 22, 2025 for our Wild Game Cookout! We saw so many familiar faces and made many new friends! Dishes served included items like Prime Rib Bison, BBQ Rabbit Fricasee, Surf & Turf Sliders, Deer Boudin King Cake, Brisket Jambalaya, Rooster & Andouille Gumbo and Jambalaya Grits!
A 3 judge blind-panel were on site to judge each dish based on visual appeal, aroma, temperature, texture, originality, seasoning and difficulty. The top three dishes were awarded gift baskets with gift card to local restaurants.
