At Dream Day Foundation, we are constantly inspired by the generosity and compassion of our community partners. This week, we want to shine a bright spotlight on the incredible women of Kappa Kappa Gamma at LSU for their outstanding support during our St. Jude Affiliate Clinic Spring Break Giveaway.
During their Spring Break Food Drive, the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority collected an impressive variety of food items including snacks, ramen, Pop-Tarts, mac n’ cheese, crackers, Rice Krispies, Kool Pops, chewy bars, and so much more. These donations will go directly to families receiving care at the Baton Rouge St. Jude Affiliate Clinic who are facing additional financial strain during Spring Break.
When children are home from school for an entire week, families lose access to the regular school-provided meals. For many of the families we serve, this creates an extra burden at a time when they are already navigating the challenges of medical care and treatment. Your thoughtful donations help ease that pressure and ensure these families have the food support they need during this time.
Because of your hard work and dedication, families in need now have snacks and meals to help them through the week. This act of kindness means more than just food on the table — it represents hope, support, and the knowledge that their community stands with them.
